Feedback on the mobility applicability document?

Dear all,

I'd like to hear people's view on whether the WG needs in general a 
document that discusses how the NSIS protocols work in a mobile and 
wireless environment.

If the answer is "yes, we do", then what should the document say, 
regardless of what information the current document holds. So, from the 
trendy "clean slate approach", what should such a document discuss.
