Gerald,

after having participated in over 2 years of discussion around GIST I
think it will be published without any more significant changes. But
until I have seen the others in IESG abandon their Abstain positions I
am not certain of it. The fact that these changes does affect the NSLP
documents have made me put of this review until I have seen clear
progress of GIST.

I fully agree that all NSIS work has gone on too long. But me spending
too much time reviewing the documents that may need to change isn't
productive. I will continue with my AD reviews of the NSIS documents
when I cleared out the others that I know can make progress.

Best Regards
