 Hi,

 I've read the draft, and found no big issues. 

 - Introduction, page 3, paragraph 3: Typo 'Furturemore'
 - 3.1.2, page 4 "SCD" seems to refer to Stack Configuration Data of
   GIST spec, but no such abbreviation is given earlier. I think that
   a short bullet could be created into chapter 2.
 - Reference to the GIST spec is for an old version
 - Just like Andrew already said, I also would like to see the API
   functions as given in GIST spec

 I also second Andrew, the definition of use of DTLS for GIST seems
 weak. Specifically, the protocol definition for Forwards-DTLS is
 missing. I feel that the short text in Security Considerations
 chapter is not enough.
