Sorry to be late.

As for 'Applicability Statement of NSIS Protocols in Mobile Environments',
only remaining part is "NAT/FW NSLP". In order to finish the draft, text
proposals for Chapter 4 (after section 4.2. "QoS NSLP") from responsible
people will be necessary :-)
