Hi. Just for the record, I am unlikely to be still in Sf on Friday and am considering skipping the IETf meeting as such altogther (I will be at the DTNRG meeting the previous week and probably in the DTNRG session on Friday, but I can't really justify the registration fee for the little I am doing in IETf at the moment (plus the very expensive hotel!) I looked back at the doc and my feeling is that it is fairly clear what is rules and what is guidelines already, but I could do a bit more separation.. I'd like a bit of help and (detailed) comments please. I am almost inclined to suggest going with wglc now.
