Cancled NSIS session

Dear all,

Jukka and me decided to cancel the NSIS session at the upcoming IETF meeting. There was no request for agenda time and we actually have no issue to discuss right now f2f, i.e., all issues can be done on the mailing list. 

Jukka and I will report the WG status to the WG soon.
