Re: IPR Disclosure: The Trustees of Columbia University inthe City of New York's Statement about IPRrelated to draft-ietf-nsis-tunnel-13

Columbia has submitted a new IPR statement on the tunnel work. It can be 
found from:

https://datatracker.ietf.org/ipr/1461/

I would like to propose that we continue with the publication procedure, 
since the statement lets anyone freely use the claimed IPR for 
implementing the accepted, but not yet published, draf-ietf-nsis-tunnel.

I'd like to hear final comments by Tuesday evening (noon GMT on 
Wednesday). If you agree, say so clearly, if you don't, say that, too.

Since the IPR was changed based on list discussion, I'd say our final 
decision can only be either

1) Accept with the new IPR statement
2) Drop the work item.
