[openpgp] meeting at IETF-122?

Hi all,

Do we want a session at IETF-122 in Bangkok? If you
think we do, please let the chairs know what you think
we should discuss there. If you don't think we should
have a session there, but e.g. should arrange an interim
meeting for ~April, that'd also be useful to know.

In the meantime, I asked for a 90 minute session as the
deadline for session requests is today. We can cancel it
if we don't need it.
