Hi, all.

I have just uploaded a new Internet Draft that proposes to update the specification of User Attributes. In particular, it attempts to address the following concrete issues with certification signatures:

1. Distribution of a revocation self-sig over a UserID without disclosing the contents of that UserID
2. Distribution of a revocation sig over a third party certificate without the co-operation of the third party
3. Excessive cumulation of historical certification signatures

It heavily references draft-dkg-openpgp-revocation and draft-gallagher-openpgp-signatures, and can be thought of as the missing third part of that “semantic cleanup" series of I-Ds.
