[openpgp] OpenPGP Email Summit Interim 2025

Hi folks!

At the OpenPGP Email Summit I promised with dkg to organize an interim
(virtual) meeting.

Here's a poll for some dates in September; please fill out which dates &
times works best for you:

It won't take the whole day, perhaps 90 minutes or so, depending on
how long people want to discuss. I imagine the agenda as follows:

- Go through the action items from the summit [1] and report back on
  the progress
- For the items that we haven't made significant progress on, split up
  into smaller groups to discuss next steps and how best to make progress

I'd propose that we _don't_ use this meeting to discuss new topics and
work items, as we already have a fairly long todo list :)

But, also let me know what you think, of course.
