[openpgp] Fwd: New Version Notification for draft-ehlen-open pgp-nist-bp-comp-02.txt

We published a new version of our draft for ML-KEM and ML-DSA composite 
combinations with NIST and Brainpool domain parameters (see below). It 
accounts for numerous technical and editorial changes made to 
draft-ietf-openpgp-pqc in the meantime. This is the version we would 
like to present at IETF 123.

Abstract:

This document defines PQ/T composite schemes based on ML-KEM and ML-
DSA combined with ECDH and ECDSA algorithms using the NIST and
Brainpool domain parameters for the OpenPGP protocol.
