[openpgp] Delta Chat V2: rolling out a major security ugrade

V2 releases of Delta Chat are currently rolling out to many stores and platforms
and they bring a major revision how OpenPGP encryption is handled. 
Members in a chat are now identified by their signing key 
rather than an e-mail address which mostly ceases to be regarded as identity. 
It's a fundamental change making downgrades of chats to cleartext impossible
and we have reason to trust app upgrades will roll out smoothly across the federated ecosystem,
something that Moxie Marlinspike declared "almost impossible" nine years ago :)
