Hi, all.

I have just uploaded a new version of draft-hkp, which includes a significant number of changes to the v2 API:

* v2 is now a binary-only protocol
* Endpoint paths have been reorganised
* Specifies an authenticated submission workflow
* Defined a “canonical bundle” option that better fits KOO’s design goals

I have also normalised a lot of terminology and cleaned up several crufty bits.

There are still several outstanding concerns, which I will continue to work on (see the issue tracker for details!), however I believe the v2 API is now reasonably close to the form that will be implemented in hagrid and hockeypuck, and is therefore ready for WG adoption.

Thanks,
A
