[openpgp] Re: OpenPGP WG next steps discussion

Hello Daniel, all,

I'd love to see most of the open drafts move forward, but think it's 
good if the WG pipeline stays focused on a few topics at a time.


I'm in favor of adopting draft-ehlen-openpgp-nist-bp-comp (as i've 
already written)

Other than that, the most urgent larger draft, to my mind, is 
draft-gallagher-openpgp-hkp


In addition, these two drafts are tiny, seem useful and straightforward 
to me.
They might be relatively non-controversial. If there were broad 
agreement on them, it would be nice to see them fast-tracked:

draft-huigens-openpgp-signature-salt-notation
draft-dkg-openpgp-external-secrets


I would also love to see “Semantic cleanup project” set of drafts 
progress (OpenPGP semantics remain sorely underspecified, and it would 
be really nice to improve on that). However, I tend to think those 
should go into a future batch of work.
