[openpgp] Fwd: New Version Notification for draft-gallagher- openpgp-hkp-09.txt

Hi, all.

I've just uploaded a new version of the HKP draft.

This version refactors the text significantly to separate the v2 and 
legacy specifications, and updates v2 to be more RESTful. It reinstates 
SRV record key discovery, defines submission response
Finally, it adds Daniel Huigens as a co-author, to acknowledge his 
contributions to the design of the v2 API.

The current text is the result of several months of discussion in the 
keys.openpgp.org board, and specifies a design that both the KOO and 
hockeypuck projects intend to implement.

I will go into more detail at the WG meeting if time permits, and will 
request adoption of this draft.
