Hello all,

as one of this year's members of the board of keys.openpgp.org, I
continue to hope the WG will adopt draft-gallagher-openpgp-hkp soon.

There are concrete plans for both the hockeypuck and hagrid keyserver
implementations to support this new draft.
And at least for keys.openpgp.org, support for hkpv2 is a prerequisite
for being able to serve any v6 certificates.
Enabling production support will require draft-gallagher-openpgp-hkp to
reach a sufficiently final state.

Getting the ecosystem ready to handle v6 keys seems like an important
and somewhat urgent goal (including to enable users to deploy v6/PQC keys).

Is anything still missing for adoption?

Thanks,
Heiko
