Hi all and happy new year,

DKG and I had a chat about where we think we're at with
ongoing and possibly to-be-adopted work and figure it'd
be good to have a short (1 hour) online interim meeting
before the end of this month if we can get enough people
on the call. We're proposing to hold that on either:

- Mon Jan 26 1100 UTC

or

- Tue Jan 27 1100 UTC

If you're an active WG participant and one or both of
those don't work for you, can you let the chairs know
this week? We plan to select one of the above at the
end of this week (Jan 9).

A draft agenda for the meeting is below. Happy to see
discussion of those items or other comments/suggestions
on the list in the meantime. As you can see that's mostly
process-stuff, so we should be able to get through it in
an hour.

Draft agenda for Jan 2026 openpgp interim:
- administrivia
- status of WG drafts
   - draft-ietf-openpgp-pqc: revised I-D needed, then likely
     off to RFC editor
   - draft-ietf-openpgp-nist-bp-comp: not sure if we have 2
     independent implementations, but close to ready otherwise
   - draft-ietf-openpgp-persistent-symmetric-keys: stable now?
     also wonder if we have 2nd implementation
   - draft-ietf-openpgp-replacementkey: stable now? and again
     wonder if we have 2nd implementation
- possible items to adopt (HKP, grease, media types): should
   we start adoption calls for some/all of these and if so in
   what order and when?
- upcoming IETF meetings and WG sessions (who'll be on-site
   etc.)
