Hi,

I'm in favor of this proposal.
I see a great need in downstream applications for implementing a central,
standardized solution (especially for RFC 9580 and future, related artifacts).
I believe this would make it easier for application implementers to support
updates of certificates, but also to create solutions that help self-hosting
your own certificates.
