Hello all,

I've merged the changes that I outlined in my previous mail into
draft-hko-openpgp-identifiers-for-legacy-devices, and uploaded a new
revision to the datatracker.

As one additional change, I adjusted the "version marker" into the form
"11*0x00||<version_octet>", following Werner's suggestion. This version
marker is functionally equivalent to the previous form
"12x<version_octet>". However, after some thought, I find leading zeroes
visually preferable. I hope the additional text improves the draft, and
clarifies why 8 byte of fingerprint prefix is indeed sufficient for the
purpose. Thoughts welcome! Thanks, Heiko
