I want to thank the authors/editors on this draft for their
perseverance.  Not everyone is going to use these algorithms, but for
those that have legal or regulatory constraints they may come in handy.

I've issued this WGLC with a slightly extended timeframe (3 weeks
instead of 2), given how August tends to be vacationtime for many
people.

Please do try to get your reviews in earlier if you can!

I know the draft currently uses experimental codepoints; we should
probably talk about non-experimental codepoint allocation, but that
process is basically a bikeshed compared to the substance of the draft.
If you want quibble about codepoint allocation, please *also* supply a
review based on the substance.
