Hi Daniel,

Yes, I created a branch and the textual changes are done, the new 
testvecs will take a couple of days.

We will create them with Sequoia and verify with RNP before we release 
the new draft version.

When this is done, I'll see to it that we add the draft/algorithms to 
the interop test suite.

    This looks to me like a plausible color to paint the bikeshed.
    Stavros, could you make a pull request in git that proposes this
    change concretely? Implementers, until a draft is released with
    non-experimental codepoints, please continue to use the experimental
    codepoints to confirm interop. --dkg
