Alex,

it's on my to-do list, and I apologize for the delay in getting this 
started - too many things happened recently...

I'll try to send out a note to the list, which is overdue. But in 
general, yes, it's time to re-work the drafts based on IESG feedback. 
I also don't have much more than what's available in the ID tracker, 
though.
