Re: is SMTP a candidate for OPES ?

Folks,

I second Hilarie's comments in that this doesn't seem to affect the 
OPES charter or architecture. As such, this is not in scope for the 
group or this mailing list.

Although an important topic, I'd suggest to move discussions about 
legal aspects and law interpretation elsewhere.
