thanks for all the comments during the WGLC.

Martin took all your comments and worked them into an updated version 
of the draft. Abbie just submitted this updated version for publication.

Since there ware no showstoppers and no disagreements, we'll submit 
the updated version to IESG for consideration as soon as it hits the 
IETF announcement list.
