Here's Cheat Sheet: 

SG = Study Group. SG4 studies management.

WP = Working Party. There are three working parties in SG4. They are
referred to as WP #/4. They each have a bunch of questions which are
referred to as Q #/4

WTSA is an administrative thing

FGNGN = Focus Group on Next Generation Networks
	http://www.itu.int/ITU-T/ngn/fgngn/index.html

Um. Not sure about the rest.
