Hi all, We uncovered an encoding error in Section 8.3, 'Figure T: Encoding subTemplateMultiList, Data Set'. I have included the old and new examples for your reference here, the new example uses 2 bytes for encoding the 'Element n Length' as described in Section 4.4.3. A new version of the draft with the example corrected will be posted after the IETF meeting.
