For any interesting population and any interesting topic, there is no "may" to 
worry about.  It is /certain/ that some people will entirely misunderstand one 
or another aspect.

At that, the reporter did an unusually good job of trying to ensure an accurate 
understand, by including:

    "Only a small portion of the many standards that IETF has created are now on 
the site, Crocker admitted. Any IETF member can edit the site, and Crocker is 
encouraging members to fill in details about their work."

and

    "A single snapshot in time was very useful, but we hope that watching this 
over a longer period will provide additional insights," Housley said."


In any event, I suspect the best way to deal with a concern for completeness is 
for us to get the wiki as complete as we think it should be...
