	I'm fine with discussion of the merits (or demerits) of the draft.  I am NOT okay with folks who have not actually been involved in the discussions, or personally know the individuals impune their motives.

Speaking for myself, we will upgrade the gateways we can control or influence, once there are gateways that have the correct features, and it will be done over a period of time.  However, the end of that time period will NOT line up with runout.

If you wish to discuss this in person, and determine if I care, I suggest we do it off list, in person, but I find this, frankly, insulting.
