3. \Src\CDSA\test\interactive\test_ldapdl\src\Makefile

some files in test_ldapdl/src include <ldap.h> but there was no ldap.h in the
INCLUDE
path. I added a path to the only ldap.h in the distribution. the build went
fine  and
test_ldapdl.exe and testldap.exe both succeed

Problems 1. and 2. were from usng MSVC v6 (we're using V5). We haven't seen

the document BUILDING THE JONAH PKIX FREEWARE CODE v0.3
lists Microsoft Visual C++, Version 5 or 6 as a prerequisite. this is somewhat
(?)
misleading as MSVS v6 doesn't make it through the build
