The MKS toolkit is a set of Unix utilities that run on Windows.  The make
from the MKS toolkit is used to build Jonah (as well as various ksh
commands invoked from the makefiles).  We hope that the next drop of Jonah
will relax the requirement to use MKS - you will still need some flavor of
Korn shell, but hopefully you won't need to install MKS if you have access
to an alternative shell.

For the current drop, you just have to have the MKS toolkit installed (and
in your PATH).  Jonah comes with .bat files that will invoke MKS make to do
the build.  There are no books available on Jonah;  if you run into
problems, this list is the best place to come for help.

I am trying to develop Jonah PKIX.  I do not see any instruction on MKS
Toolkit 6.1.  Can you tell me how this toolkit is used to build Jonah
program?  Also I would like to know any book available for purchase
regarding instruction and guide to use this program.  Thank you very
