Dear Sirs,

	I'm assistant professor with the University of Padua, Italy,
in sw architecture performance evaluation. I'm interested in
carrying out a number of  experiments on your Jonah 
PKIX software but I did not download it since I'm not U.S. Citizen. 
Is it possible to take advantage of a special licence for scientific 
purposes?
