FW: Latest Jonah code now available

Hi

	I am trying to build Jonah 4 and am running into a problem with the
Sandbox. I use the procedure listed to create a sandbox which gets created
correctly. I perform a workon and then finally when I perform a build
setup_all it throws several error messages which I have listed below. I am
developing under NT and was wondering if this procedure had been tested
under this architecutre. I have also included my .sandboxrc file and sb.conf
file
