Where is Cylink Foundation Suite toolkit

Hello,

I'm a newbie concerning Jonah and have just tried going through the build
instructions for Windows platforms. I noticed that the link to the Cylink
Foundation Suite toolkit is no longer valid. I also went to Cylink's home
page and didn't see this toolkit anywhere. I would like to replicate the
build steps but I can't get past this step. Can you please provide some
help. Thank you.
