We use MKS, and that is all we have tested with. Since all versions of make
are not created equal there is a good chance that MKS make is the only one
that well work off the shelf.

For this release all we shipped was the jbuilder project files.
This dependency should disappear in the future. We were careful not
to use any of the borland controls in the GUI.

> do you really need NT?  Not Win 95 or 98?
We only tested on NT.
