Tim, (I don't want to steal Charlie's thunder, but he complains about being behind on mail after IETF's) As Charlie Kaufman discussed in Orlando, MIT was already set up to distribute just to the US. IBM/Lotus and MIT people are working through if anything different is required to include Canada. Charlie and I also have agreed to more vigourously investigate if we can make the non-crypto parts available to other locations.
