Tim,
(I don't want to steal Charlie's thunder, but he complains about being
behind on mail after IETF's)

As Charlie Kaufman discussed in Orlando, MIT was already set up to
distribute just to the US. IBM/Lotus and MIT people are working through if
anything different is required to include Canada.

Charlie and I also have agreed to more vigourously investigate if we can
make the non-crypto parts available to other locations.

Thanks - Mark

Subject: Canadian availability of Jonah

The MIT page says that Jonah is only available to US citizens in the US.
What about Canadians and other categories to whom export is legal? Is there
a reason for this restriction?

Thanks,
 - Tim
