Folks-

I have just sent out rev -11 of LINK.  It should appear in the I-D
archives soon.  Until then you can slurp a copy of the I-D from:

The last few revs are there for your diffing pleasure.

Also, note that I sent out a rev last week (-10).  Ignore that.  I
forgot to roll in some small comments that Reiner sent -- luckily he
caught the oversight.

My understanding is that this version of the draft will be forwarded
to the IESG soon.
