[pim] IETF124 Side Meeting: Using Multicast for Large-Scale Live Streaming over the Internet

There will be a side meeting in Montreal on Wed, Nov 5 at 11-1230 to 
discuss Multicast for Large-Scale Live Streaming over the Internet.  The 
goal is to bring streaming folks and network folks together in the same 
room to discuss the opportunities and gaps related to using multicast for 
mass audience events.  In particular, the focus of the session will be on 
layer 4 and above- what works today and what is missing.
