[pim] [IANA #1446137] Early review: draft-ietf-pim-rfc 1112bis-08 (IETF 125)

Before the IETF meeting, we check working group agendas for documents with IANA-related issues. We have notes about this document:

OLD: "Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP) Type Numbers Registry"
NEW: "IGMP Type Numbers" registry

OLD: "IANA IPv4 Special-Purpose Address Registry"
NEW: "IPv4 Special-Purpose Address Space" registry

OLD: "IPv4 Multicast Address Space Registry"
NEW: "IPv4 Multicast Address Space" registry

The IP address registry names were recently adjusted to use a uniform naming format (IPv# <descriptor> Address Space).
