Re: [Off Topic] Need review for POP3 extension mechanism

In addition to Chris' response, I'd like to add that the document has
gone through some pretty major feature cuts, in response to comments on
this list, in private email, and in person at IETF meetings.  Every
capability or response code which was at all controversial was removed,
and the language of the extension mechanism itself was tightened up a
lot.  Of course, I welcome additional review, but I think this is ready
for Proposed.
