To be precise, I should have said "just one participant."  It's not a
membership-based organization.  Sorry about the poor word choice; it
wasn't meant to be exclusionary.

In any event, the point remains the same.  I don't yet see the value in
what's being proposed, and it seems to be just a repetition of past
discarded proposals, but if there's a consensus among participants
otherwise, I'll go with that.
