The IESG has received a request from the Point-to-Point Protocol Extensions WG to consider the following document:

- 'Accommodating an MTU/MRU greater than 1492 in PPPoE '
   <draft-arberg-pppoe-mtu-gt1492-02.txt> as an Informational RFC

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action.  Please send any comments to the
