I'm missing the part where a VPN has to be used as the backbone of a 
companies Internet, or that QoS and SLAs are an absolute pre-requisite. 
      I'm not saying the application is invalid, or that SLAs aren't 
good things, but connectivity can be provided for other applications and 
without an SLA, and its not a useless objective.
