I'd like to see the comments addressed and the draft re-submitted.  

I think there's ample precedent for RADIUS being used for such a discovery process, and examples have been given by both Bernard and Juha.  The draft doesn't impose any new requirements or protocol elements on the existing standards, and improvements underway apply to many RADIUS applications.
