For those excited readers following this draft...

Version 6 includes updates
- to change all MIB module names to include "-STD" in line with changes to the
MIB documents
- in line with the latest TE-LINK MIB (thanks Martin)

I anticipate another set of changes to pick up the new indexing from the LSR MIB
once the WG has agreed it.
