Hi all,

I (and co-authors) have made some minor revisions.
Changes are;

 - Revised of PPVPN taxonomy based on the new terminology draft by Loa
 - Added security of setup/operation
 - Moved interworking section from layer 3 specific section to generic section
 - Filled out some text for Minimum MTU (3.3.5) and Support for MAC services (3.3.6)

I appreciate it if you give me any advice and/or comments.

After major layer 2 documents become progressed further, I would like to try to 
finish the contents of this document.

action plan of this document briefly (in 3 or 4 minutes) in either l3 or l2 session 
in Vienna.
