The L3VPN working group charter is now online at
http://www.ietf.org/html.charters/l3vpn-charter.html

Also, the [email protected] mailing list is now operating,
and should be used for email related to the L3 VPN
working group.

People who are on the ppvpn mailing list are NOT
moved to the L3VPN list. Instead, if you want to be
on the list you need to explicitly subscribe. 

To subscribe to L3vpn you can either send email to 
[email protected] with a subject line of "subscribe", 
or use the web server at 
https://www1.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/l3vpn

The intention is that generic documents which apply
to both L2 and L3 will be sent to both email lists. Thus
if you are *only* interested in Layer 2 VPNs, then you
only need to subscribe to the L2 list (and vice versa).
