Re: Question concerning Status clientRenewProhibited

For the VeriSign Registries the clientRenewProhibited only prohibits
explicit renew commands and does not effect auto-renew.  I don't know of
anyone using the clientRenewProhibited, so its inclusion seems to be more
for completeness.
