As soon as a registrar starts to write a custom script to perform the test instead of simply trying to let his registration system interact with the registry's system, the proof loses its value. And to my experience, this happens in most of the cases. For this reason, we as a registry operator are trying to convince the TLD sponsor not to demand the execution of a technical accreditation test by the registrar at all.
