Sorry forgot the pointer to our extension:

Here you find our extension, manual and some other EPP stuff.

The extensions defines some <iis:actionNotify/> tags with action in 
create/update/delete/transfer. Inside these tags we embed <obj:infData/> 
etc.

But I believe  that the extra tags are not needed.
