Net::DRI has just implemented

This I-D is almost finished, I was actually going to approach Pete for
AD adoption.
It was implemented 2 weeks ago, and in use, as you can read in english
here:

The draft contains the running code that we implemented.

So it meets the criteria, and I'm happy to work on this.
